The flowchart illustrates the process of producing chocolate. Overall, it includes ten phrases, from collecting high valuable cacao pods to completing the production of liquid chocolate.
First and foremost, the high quality ripe red pods of cacao trees, which are grown in some areas named South America, Africa and Indonesia. After that, those chosen pods will be harvested to take the white cocoa beans inside before being fermented. At the fourth stage, cocoa beans will be spread and dry by the sunlight, then they will be poured into large sacks.
After preprocessing stages, cocoa beans will be transported to factories by various kinds of vehicles, such as trains or lorries. Before being crushed by a machine to remove outer shells, collected beans will be roasted at 350 celsius. At the last stage, the inner part of cocoa beans will be pressed to form the chocolate liquid, which will be processed afterwards to make delicious food.
