The line graph illustrates different factors causing air polution in British from 1990 to 2005
In general, the total air polutants underwent the significant decline during the period shown. It was immuatably true that the number of air polutant from the households was the lowest.
In 1990, there was the similar in the number of air polutants released by vehicles and households with nearly 1 tonne. Meanwhile, the data of industry in that year was greatly higher than two remaining source with 5.5 tonnes and the total air pollutants stood at 7 tonnes. After 6 years, the figure of industry saw a dramatic decrease 2.5 tonnes to 3 tonnes. There was the similar fluctuation in the total of air pollutant which sharply fell to 4 tonnes. Whereas, the household pollutants were slightly dropped from nearly 1 tonne to 0.5 tonnes in 1996. In contrast, transport pollutants were slowly rose to 1 tonne in 6 years.
In the last year of the period shown, the number of air pollutant released by domestic continued being the lowest which decreased to nearly 0 tonne. The vehicle waste went down slightly before standing at 1 tonne in 2005, while, the data of industry maintained the decline from 3 tonnes to 2 tonnes. The total atmospheric pollutants generally dropped to 3.1 tonnes in the end of period.
