Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Grade encourage students to learn.

 In school, students must study. Some students think studying is fun, while others think not. Even though they think studying is fun, if they got a bad grade, their parents would scold them. While it decrease their motivation, some rewards increase their motivation. Preferences are changing. Especially, grade made their motivation changing. Although people cannot decide only "grade", I think grades always encourage students to learn. Thinking of the following statement, I agree that grade encourage students to learn. In this essay, I will talk about why grade is important and how grade encourage students.
 First, I believe that grade is important perspective to estimate student skill. Students usually show their ability toward study by taking examinations. However, some students often cannot do one's best on only one exam. On the other hand, grade include not only results of exams, but also daily attitude. In this way, they can enjoy school life. Also, if it were not for the test and the teacher should give grade only daily assignments and attitude, it is difficult to accept and students could not understand their real ability. Therefore, for both people who get a good score on the test and people who cannot, grade is essential. In addition, these importance will encourage students to learn because of the grade's invulnerability.
 Moreover, grade encourage students in various ways. In common, grade make students understand their weak points. Owing to this, students can make their own plan to overcome. For example, if I receive a grade and it says that my writing skill is worse than other aspects, I will practice writing to improve my weak point. Furthermore, grade taught students to their level. Because grade sometimes compare with others, their motivation will be stimulated. For instance, when the teacher told me about my rank in my class, I wanted to become number one in this class and I was determined to study more.
 For these reasons stated above, I agree with the statement. I think that grade encourage students to learn in this way.
