Write a letter to your manager to request setting up a cafeteria for the staff.
In your letter, you should say:
-the problem is due to lack of cafeteria
-how you and your colleagues feel about it
-what suggestions do you have.
Dear Mr. Salvatore,
I am writing this letter to request for installing a new space of cafeteria for our employees in our building on the top floor as we have limited seats available on the current one.
Let me briefly explain the problem. As you know, the number of employees has been increased in our firm. The workers are unable to find the spaces to relax in their break time, especially when it's lunchtime. When employees come to the cafeteria, they have to wait in queue for their number to sit and have their meals.
It is annoying to wait in a queue as I and my other colleagues have experienced the same. Due to this, we are not properly occupying the free time given to us during our working hours, and quickly finishing the food which is causing digesting problems to our diet.
We have a bigger space available on the top floor of our building which can be fully occupied to its potential use by installing a new breakout space. I have attached some of the new designs which you may like for the new cafeteria.
I am hoping to hear the response for the current problem which could be solved as per my suggestion.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
