Overall, a total of nice steps is seen from the production, beginning with collecting used bottles and finishing with producing final products.
To begin, after being thrown into a trash can, plastic bottles are collected by a specialized machine and commuted to a factory. Here, the workers sort out which bottles are available then compress them into blocks. As soon as being crushed, the pieces are dropped into a tank full of water.
Once washed, those pieces are then passed through a machine in order to manufacture plastic pellets. These pellets are put under heat and therefore form into raw material. In the final step, the raw material is used to produce products, ready for a new cycle.
