The picture given illustrates several changes of an airport after the renovation in detail between this year and a year later.
Overall, the southwest airport will be upgraded with more facilities in departure and arrival sections, as well as expanding the gate area.
Regarding the plan, there is only a check-in place on the left and the opposite side is the cafe room at present. Then, the walkway behind the security passport control leads passengers from gate number 1 to gate number 8. In the arrival section, no services are served after passing the passport control customers gate.
Next year, there will be several significant developments in all sections. First, the new bag drop area will be placed on the left side, which is the check-in location now, then, there are shops for customers beyond the security area. A walkway will be substituted by the sky train, especially the Y-shaped corridor will be constructed with 18 gates in order. Finally, a new ATM area, a place for coffee drinking, and a car hire center will also be provided in the arrival section.
