The pie chart gives information about the proportion of carbohydrates, protein, and fat in three different diets, namely average diet, healthy diet, and healthy diet for sport.
Overall, there was a significant difference between the three substances in these diets. Especially Carbohydrates make up the majority of the three types of diets. Firstly, sportspeople consume the largest amount compared to other dietary groups. It contains 60% carbs, which is 10% and 20% higher than the proportions of carbohydrates in the average and healthy diet, respectively. In a healthy diet, the amount of protein is lower than in a normal meal (30%). However, The amount of protein in a healthy sports diet is quite modest, only 25%. The final compound is fat. And it's no surprise that fat makes up the smallest percentage of these diets (20% for a moderate and healthy diet, 15% for a healthy sports diet)
