I agree with this opinion. In my opinion, when the society nowadays change, money is one of the most significant factors to motivate people to work and stay in the workforce. People go to work to earn money and to cover their life day to day. Because there are many unemployees and they don't have any choice . They have to work to have money, to live. The goverment doesn't care about it and they always give many policies, but it doesn't work. In some cases, money is not the most important factors to motivate people work or stay in the workforce. I believed that there are many people go to work to reach their dream and they work with their passion to devote for the society.
