Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
Because modern life is very complex, it is essential for young people to have the ability to plan and organize.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
The youngsters' abilities, the foundations of young people's development, have been valued and even trigger a heated discussion over whether it is crucial for youngsters to have the ability to plan and organize. The abilities of planning and organizing, in many people's views, are not important for young people. Contrary to these people's opinions is my perspective that these abilities are vital for youngsters, due to the contributions to sterling qualities and necessary skills.
What must be prioritized is that the necessary planning and organizing abilities, instead of not important abilities, are beneficial to young people's crucial qualities, by fostering their persistence and independence. To begin with, only by participating in the process of planning and organizing things, can young people learn how to persist. In detail, because I arranged my study plans, I needed to finish them every day, so I had to work hard every day, which promoted my persistence; on the other hand, under no circumstances can students reap and harvest the benefits of improving persistence. Moreover, never can we ignore the significance of planning and organizing for youngsters' independence. To explain it further, when I am organizing the campus math competition, I have to solve many tough problems by myself, so I can learn much about how to deal with issues independently; in contrast, will doing other things boost young people's independence?
What is equally worth discussing is that when planning and organizing activities, rather than doing other things, students can cultivate their necessary skills, by boosting their interpersonal skills and teamwork skills. First, it is well-known that by organizing large parties, youngsters can promote their interpersonal skills. To be specific, it is crucial for me to communicate with other people when I am the leader of a party organization, so in this whole process, I need to talk with others a lot and communicate with others a lot, which can actually improve my interpersonal skill; however, it is impossible for me to foster my interpersonal skill if I do not plan this party. Furthermore, when young people need to plan with other people, their teamwork skills will be facilitated. Specifically, when I worked in the company, I had to plan a meeting with my colleagues, so I needed to communicate with each one and find the best time to meet; on the contrary, there is no chance for me to improve my teamwork if I do not plan this meeting.
Sterling qualities, the foundation of youngsters' success, can be boosted if they have the ability to plan and organize. Necessary skills, the bedrock of young people's development, should be facilitated when they try to plan and organize things. In conclusion, only by having the ability to plan and organize, instead of not having, can young people reap numerous benefits.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
