The chart shows the average daily minimum and maximum levels of air pollutants in 4 cities in 2000.
The bar chart above illustrates the lowest and highest air emissions extent of 4 crowded cites in 2000. Inferring from the clear-cut data of the chart, it stands to reason that the pollutants emitted by various factors in Mexico took the unwanted lead.
Practically, there were two observable tendencies among 4 different cities, Los Angeles and Mexico City tended to have the maximum and minimum amount of N2O higher than the similar aspects of SO2. In Mexico City, staggeringly, the maximum SO2 and the maximum N2O given off into the air were the highest of all 4 cities, with the highest average 207 micrograms per m3 and 200 micrograms per m3, approximately 2 times as much as the maximum amount of SO2 emissions in Beijing. The minimum amount of N2O and SO2 brought into the environment were also the highest when they got to the daily average of 113 micrograms per m3 and 80 micrograms per m3. On the other hand, the air in Los Angeles was way less polluted by SO2 and N2O emissions, having the average maximum N2O emissions nearly the same as the average minimum N2O emissions of Mexico City per day.
In contrast to Los Angeles and Mexico City, the atmosphere in Calcutta and Beijing were likely to be more affected by N2O than by SO2. The daily average minimum SO2 in Calcutta reached to 47 micrograms per m3 and 25 micrograms per m3 in Beijing, such figures of the N2O were 30 micrograms per m3 and 14 micrograms per m3.
