The chart below gives information the level of education of Bulgarian people who wanted to go and live in another country in 2002, 2006 and 2008.
The bar chart illustrates the numerical data about Bulgarian people with their level of education and intended to move and live abroad in three different point of times: 2002, 2006 and 2008. Overall, the percentage of people who were well-educated following with people holding secondary certificates decreased gradually, whereas people were at the level of primary education increased remarkably.
It is clear that there was 17% of people being at the level of advanced academy in 2002 but it started to fall dramatically to 9% in 2008 although it was 3% higher in 2006 than it used to be 4 years ago. Similarly, people whose academic degree were confirmed as secondary level began to go down to 4% lower in 2006 compared to 65% in 2002 and finally changed slowly to 59% in 2008. In comparison to people with advanced and senior academic diplomas, the percentage of people who got the most basic education, in other words, at a lower level went up continually proved by 17% in 2002 and reached a peak at 32% in 2008.
