The line chart illustrates the number of foreign visitors visiting the coast, the mountains and the lakes in a European country from 1987 to 2007.
Overall, it is clear that the number of outside European visitors visiting three different areas all increased during the research period. Furthermore, the areas of the lake experienced the most noticeable change in the number of overseas visitors.
In 1987, the figure for foreign tourists choosing the coast as a tourist destination was highest, at 40 thousand people, while the number of visitors visiting the lakes was lowest, at 10 thousand people. Additionally, there were 20 thousand visitors who chose the mountains to travel to European countries at that time.
From that time to 2007, the figure for overseas tourists visiting the mountains slightly increased by 20 thousand people to 35 people compared to there were a significant increase to 75 thousand visitors in the number of overseas people visiting the coast. In terms of the lakes, The lakes was witnessed a rapid increase of 10 thousand visitors to over 70 thousand visitors in 2002 and became the highest figure, but this number suddenly declined to 50 thousand visitors in 2007.
