The diagram below shows the process by which bricks are manufactured for the building industry.
The simulated figure sketches out the operation of the system involved in the process of creating bricks for construction.
Overall, manufacturers make use of clay as the raw material with the aim of producing bricks via a seven-step process, starting from the digging up of clay and ending with the delivery of the final product.
First and foremost, a machine used for digging purposes was generated assisting the collection of clay. This clay is then filtered into small pieces through a metal grid onto a roller, carrying the handled materials to a combination of sand and water. Once ingredients are all well mingled together, the mixture is formed into the shape of brick either by being poured into a mold or put through a wire cutter.
Moving on to the following step, bricks are now put into a drying oven for a period of 24 to 48 hours and are subsequently heated up in a kiln with moderate temperature (200oC to 980oC) then with high temperature (870oC to 1300oC). After the heating process, all bricks are transferred to a cooling chamber where they are left to release the heat for 2 to 3 days. Since the production is completed, final products are finally packed and delivered to customers and suppliers.
