As can be seen from the chart, the inhabitants of 3 areas are quite similar while the choice of types of housing shows remarkable differences between 3 locations
Central area is the most preferred living area with 32100 compared to 32000 and 31700 of Southberg area and Green Park area respectively. It is notable that flat is the most popular type of housing in Green Park area, with over three-quarters (76%) of inhabitants living in Flat, tripling than that of Southberg area, with 25%, and five times higher than that of Central area, with 15%. While the detached house is less common in Green Park area with merely 5%, that type of housing is chosen to live by a large number of the population in the Central area with 39%, far surpassed the figure for Southberg Area with only 14%.
56% of dwellers in Southberg prefer inhabiting the terraced house to other types of housing compared to 14% and 18% of Green Park area and Central area correspondingly. Over a quarter of central area population (28%) built Semi-Detached to live meanwhile there is only 5% population in Green Park area and Southberg Area dwelling in Semi-Detached homes
