How plastic bottles are recycled
The diagram illustrates how plastic bottles are recycled.
Overall, there are nine stages in recycling plastic bottles, beginning with the people using it and throwing it into trash and ending with dealing with the recycled products.
At the first stage of the process, plastic bottles which can be recycled will be transferred to the recycling center. After that, workers filtered the collected bottles to remove unable recycled bottles before compressing them into cubes. Finally after bottles have been shaped, workers transfer blocks to the crushing machines and leave through the liquid tank to remove unthinkable before production of plastic pellets.
At the next stage the plastic pellets are heated which are formed into raw material to produce and manufacture brand new recycled products. In the end of the circle process, manufactured products will be reused and starting the circle process again.
