The diagram below shows the process of producing smoked fish
The given pictures highlight the process by which smoked fish is made.
Overall, there are 13 total stages in the diagram, starting with catching fish from the ocean and ending with distributing it to be sold in the fish shop.
In the initial step, fish are caught by the large nets in the ocean or sea and then transported by ships back to the port where fish are stored and frozen. Before sending the fish to be smoked, they are first thawed out in freshwater in order to remove any impurities and then cut open into suitable pieces. Following that, the fish are dropped down the salt water tank with yellow coloring before moving on to the next step.
Once the fish have been smoked, they are packaged into boxes and frozen at 0 degrees celsius. After that, they are kept in the cold store for a certain period of time and then loaded onto trucks for distribution to fish shops to sell to customers.
