The plans below show the layout of a university's sports center now, and how it will look after redevelopement.
The given plans give information about the structure of a sports center in a university at the present and future times. Overall, there will be some extravagant alterations to the general plans.
At the present, the sports center consists of two different sections, indoors and outdoors. In the indoor section, there is a reception area, a 25-meter pool surrounded by a small gym, a seating area as well as a changing room. Outside, there are two large outdoor courts located on either side of the indoor section.
However, in the future, those two outdoor courts will be completely removed to make space for the expansion of the overall indoor layout. In addition, the gym will also be expanded in terms of size. There will be some newly added features to the reception area such as a sports shop and a cafe. Another feature that is worth mentioning is the addition of two new changing rooms, making the total number of changing rooms to be three compared to the present layout. On the west of the sports center, there will be a leisure pool, as well as a sports hall and two new dance studios located on the northeast of the reception area.
