The bar chart illustrates three different groups based on the education of Bulgarian, include the primary and lower educations, the secondary educations and the higher educations, who had intention of living aboard in 2002, 2006 and 2008.
To begin with, it is obvious that people who receive education until secondary school get the stand-out percent by 65 percent in the first year, and get only 6 percent lower in 2008. On the other side, the folks who get highest education and the rest share the roughly same percentage in 2002 (17 and 18 percent) and 2006 (20 and 19 percent), respectively. However, in 2008 saw a dramatically comparison between them, the top education group gets only 9 percent while the lower education bracket get 23 percent higher – by 32 percent.
Furthermore, the chart point out that the primary and lower education folk has a slightly drive through three reported years. In contrast, the top and the medium education levels are measured a slightly drop overall, from 65 percent to 59 percent for the middle bracket, plus 17 percent ends up with only 9 percent for the most civilized folk.
