introduction of internship's essay
I have an internship which is called service learning. service learning is a term equip students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to graduate so that they can work responsibly to society and work emotionally to improve work efficiency. By participating in activities to help those in need, students will be more aware of their responsibilities to themselves, their families and society, thereby forming sympathy and sharing for those who need english support.
Where I practice is a community learning center. It’s located in 122 DT745 Lai Thieu Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong City. my mission is to teach english to poor children. my goal is that they can listen, speak and inspire them to learn english. because the children in here don’t go to school in the morning and they will take part in classes in the evening. they have different ages, averaging between 5 and 17 years old. so teaching will more difficult. they’re with different ages that have several characters. I think I should more flexible. Especially, they work very early so they’ll tend to experience life a lot.
Through this internship, I hope I can learn more about teaching experience, solve flexible situations, improve my feelings, effective teamwork, more confident.
because I just have one day to teach english, so the manager gave me more one other day to support center to teach Vietnamese. they created many conditions for me to complete 22 days of internship and I am very grateful for that.
