In many countries, more and more young people are leaving schools but unable to find jobs. What problems do you think youth unemployment causes for individuals and the society? What measures should be taken to reduce the level of unemployment among young

Unemployment has become so rampant these days that almost all economies of the world suffer from its monstrous affects. A major proportion of the jobless, highly educated youth population can be observed in several nations.I believe the competition and technical development has lead to this grappling situation.

To begin with, the introduction of machinery has rendered the human labour useless as most of the industrial tasks are undertaken by the computers and complex machines.Secondly, the competition in every field namely education, has led to creation of more workers as compared to working oppurtunities.Thirdly, the population increase that many countries are witnessing has lead to unemployment.Last but not least, the faulty government policies also contribute towards this situation as the developing and under-developed nations often struggle in providing remuneration to its employee class.

To tackle this condition, a lot can be done. The use of technical devices can be limited so as to hire individuals and offer them jobs. Further, the competing can be decreased to some extent by providing some relaxation in the selection rules and by employing educated youth from all sections of society. Moreover, the population growth should be monitored and strict regulations must be passed in order to decrease the labour force. Lastly, the governmental organizations ought to be honest in laying the policies regarding jobs and it should emphasize that work oppurtunities should be made available by all means so that the country leads on the path of advancement.

To encapsulate, offering jobs to the proffessionals is must for the overall development of the nations. It should be mandatory for each and every representing authority to take advantage of the educated class.
