Unemployment is a growing problem all over the world. What are the causes of this ? What could be done to help tackle this issue?

Unemployment has become class="so">so rampant these days class="that">that almost all economies of the world suffer from its monstrous affects. A major proportion of the jobless,highly educated class="youth">youth population class="can">can be observed in several nations.I believe the competition and technical development has class="lead">lead to this grappling situation.
To begin with, the introduction of machinery has rendered the human class="labour">labour useless as most of the industrial tasks are undertaken by the computers and complex machines.Secondly,the competition in every field namely education, has led to creation of more workers as compared to working oppurtunities.Thirdly, the population increase class="that">that many countries are witnessing has class="lead">lead to unemployment.Last but not least, the faulty government policies also contribute towards this situation as the developing and under-developed nations often struggle in providing remuneration to its employee class.
To tackle this condition, a lot class="can">can be done. The use of technical devices class="can">can be limited class="so">so as to hire individuals and offer them jobs. Further, the competing class="can">can be decreased to some extent by providing some relaxation in the selection rules and by employing educated class="youth">youth from all sections of society. Moreover,the population growth should be monitored and strict regulations must be passed in order to decrease the class="labour">labour force. Lastly, the governmental organizations ought to be honest in laying the policies regarding jobs and it should emphasize class="that">that work oppurtunities should be made available by all means class="so">so class="that">that the country leads on the path of advancement.
To encapsulate, offering jobs to the proffessionals is must for the overall development of the nations. it should be mandatory for each and every representing authority to take advantage of the educated class.
