Having a disagreement among people is not too strange in our life and work. We sometimes have a few conflicts when the opinions do not the same thing that each person thinks. So, solving the problems in our lives is very necessary. In my viewpoint, in a conflict, we should listen to the opinions of others carefully and everyone also should discuss this problem to find out the address method.
Initially, we had better listen to the thoughts, ideas of the others clearly, it results to that we can understand what things they would like to express. It is worthwhile for everybody to keep calm and listen to each other. In fact, it seems to me that if we listen and understand their thoughts, we might absorb many new things and have a variety of views. From this, the atmosphere in the conflict can reduce slowly when we know to hear.
Furthermore, people get together find out the solving ways is also a handling manner. We sit down and talk with each other, the more ideas we suggest, the more solving methods it helps that the problems are handled rapidly. The ideas are voted by many people, it shows that the opinions demonstrate to have persuasion for a vast majority of people. By the way, the conflicts are solved more easily and lightly.
Besides, learning respectfully and having tactful behaviors is also a way to solve the conflicts in our work and life with friends, relationships. When happening disagreement, we are likely to act thoughtlessly and violently, so if we can resist our disappropriate behaviors, the conflicts will not lead to regret consequences. Having a calm attitude and proper gestures is the lesson which we should learn about to help everything of conflict on control.
In conclusion, I think that in conflicts we had better listen to other opinions, discuss together problem, and keep appropriate behaviors with people. That it assists us to solve the disagreements if it happens.
