Dear Sir/Madam
I am a regular customer of your premises. I am inscribing this missive as I feel the need to bring to your attention an issue I have with the service and quality of your hotel last week, when I visited your place with my community members.
Let me explain you the whole scenario. Last Saturday, when me and 4 of my friends visited for our dinner get-together at your restaurant, our experience was very disappointing. Firstly, we have to wait for almost 20-30 minutes for the waiter to have our order. Then, when we were ordering something, most of the items were not available. Moreover, one of the order came overcooked. We complaint to the waiter. He immediately replaced it with the new one. But that was totally disappointing.
We are a regular visitor of your place and your this quality and service deterioration is not acceptable to your loyal customers. I hope a prompt action from your side , so that we can plan our next meeting at your hotel soon.
Yours faithfully
Radhika
