You want to apply for following job. Write a letter to Mr Moore describing your previous experience and explaining why you would be suitable for the job. Waiter/waitress required for evening work. Some experience would be necessary.
Respected Mr Moore,
I want to apply for the job of waiter at your prestigious hotel in accordance with the job opportunity you posted on the hotel notice board.
I think I am perfect candidate for this job because I cover all the requirements that you asked for. For the beginners, I have two year work experience at Grand Hotel, Sydney, where I use to work at evening hours. At times, I worked over time.
My job included catering the needs of customers which included tourists as well. It also covered the prime requirement of ways to to present dishes and deserts, correct pronunciation of the dishes, seizing the moment of having to explain the make of an exquisite dish. I also know how to handle bon-china dinnerware.
I was a barista for one complete year so in case if someone wants a hot cup of evening coffee or a brew, I can easily handle that.
In short, my expertise as a barista accompanied with my experience and fluency in English and French makes me most suitable for this job.
Yours obedient
Rick.
