The diagram below show how glass containers ,such as bottles, are produced and recycled.
The given flow diagram highlights the information about various steps involved in the production of glass containers like bottles.it also explained that how bottles are recycled.it is clear and coherent representation. It can be seen that, the three main steps are involved in the production of glass,and the recycling process involved five steps. The first step in the production of glass is mixing raw material such as: sand, soda ash, limestone and other material. This mixture is melted at furnace approximately 1500 degree calcius. This molten material then blown to produced glass containers of different size and shape. To following this, the recycling process starts with collection of old glass bottles. Then they are sorted by different colour. After that, the bottles are washed,so that impurities are removed, and product will be pure. This pure collection send on crush and melt process. At last, the resulting molten glass can finally be mould to create new material.
