Arrange a suitable time to meet
Dear Jane,
I hope this letter finds you well. I was so happy when I was heard you are coming to Newyork next week. Sorry I didn't write to you earlier, because I'm so busy with my work these days and I have to stay at the office until after midnight every night because of the new project I'd before said about that to you. And thank you for your kind invitation to the cinema next Monday. I'd love to accept your invitation, but unfortunately, I'm going to present some details of the project at an important meeting next Monday.
I really want to know how long you decide to stay in Newyork because I would really like to catch up with you as soon as possible. I will be free next Wednesday. So, It will be great for going to the cinema on Wednesday if possible for you.
Listen! I have a good plan. As you know next Friday will be my birthday. If you can stay here until next Friday, I will hold a small birthday party with some of our high school friends. It will be unforgettable as we will meet each other after several years. Please, let me know about your plan for next Friday.
I hope to see you soon.
All the best,
Sarah Smith
