Dear Kevin,
Hope you are well and this letter find you well. I am writing this letter to inform that I have to change dates of my visit to London and to apologize for his unexpected situation.
As I mentioned before , I was working on a Project related to needs of our clients and should have finished until the end of June. However, we could not finish on time as a team , therefore we will be working by the first week of the next month that would be take six or ten business day. I am really sorry for this inconvenient situation and hope that I am caused any problem regarding your Schedule.
On the other hand, I just wonder that as I will be free from 10th of July, is that date suitable for you ? if it is not , please let me know which dates ok you are? I apologize once for all happened and I look forward to seeing you with cute smile on your face.
