Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in response to your advertisement in the local newspaper about skiing course that you are offering this winter. At first, when I came across the ad, I was excited to join the sessions, as I do not a convenience of attending such course in my country. But, unfortunately, I would not be available for some of the classes at the end. Please allow me to elaborate.
Being a resident of India, I have certain visa constraints owing to which I can only stay for a period of 3 months, which is a month lesser than the duration of classwork. Consequently, I may miss a chance to attend the practice lectures which will happen during the final phase of the training.
Therefore, I want to know if there is an alternative to this issue: may be extra classes or a crash course could help. If that’s not possible, can I get a refund for the sessions I am about to miss? Or, any valuable suggestion that can fix my situation is much appreciated.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Jonathon
