Teaching is a delicate responsibility that most of us might experience it along our lives; you may help your brother in his lessons which you will be as his teacher or you may learn somethings in your life from your father and, he will play the role of a teacher for you; however, when the most effective type of teaching would happen? Will it be a good way for teaching that merely admire positive actions of students and children and disregard negative ones? Or is the important degree of admiring as the same of hinting in negative actions? In fact, a good techer must take into account both side of teaching ; praising positive actions and alarming the negative one, that can say he/she is an excellent teacher.
Praising is one of the foremost ways that will lead students and children to gain more passion and motivation. When I was in primary school, out teacher promised us that every one who could take four grade A+ in a row, will be gifted. I still vividly remember that I became motivated and focused on my study that finally I could achieve the goal. In another word, this promise increased my sence of motivation and moreover, I had to enhance my effort. Hence, praising positive points and features will engender students to get motivated and in addition, they will increase their effort. All of these happening will lead to a better learning and education.
In the contrary, it would not be appropriated if teachers neglect all the negative actions and works which students do. If such this situation happen, the student might never undrstand his wrong side; in another word, he/she might never be aware that is doing in an incorrect way. in these cases, it is duty of the teacher that hints the students, correct him/her and show the right way. for example, in my high school, I had a wrong way for my scheduling and because of that, I never was able to do my best in my courses untill my teacher became aware of my situation. He could simply pass from the issue and the problem but, he instructed me into a apt way. After that, I never got stock in such problem. Therefore, it is not good for teacher to neglect and ignor about negative features of the student and at least must hint them about their behavior.
As a summary, the responsibility of teachers or parents is that always admire students and children in their positive actions that will cause them a kind of motivation and passion; in addition, hinting and remembering them for their negative actions is in the same level of significance which praising positive action is; because students might not be aware of their wrong way and teachers can help them and put them in correct path.

I have a question. In some question instruction of Issue Essay the following text is written:
"you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position."
or
"describe specific circumstances in which adopting the recommendation would or would not be advantageous and explain how these examples shape your position."
I cannot fully understand the meaning and goal of these questions and I do not know how should I answer to this part of question. Could you please help me in this case?
