In many countries more and more young people are leaving schools unable to find jobs after graduation. What problem do you think youth unemployment will cause to the individual and the society? Give reasons and make some suggestions.
The fluctuating economy of the developing countries is directly or indirectly responsible for unemployment. Countries with strong economy ensures the safety of food, shelter and employment for its citizens but not the case with developing countries. People have to survive on limited resources provided by government and depend upon each other.
Increasing privatization is an effective method used by the countries to overcome the shortage of resources. Modern people are aware and have understood the value of education in life. Government, semi government, private and missionary institutes are trying best to educate people and decrease the illiteracy rate.
However governments of the countries are successful to raise the literacy rate but are not too developed to value the educated students which is a major reason for unemployment. Educated people are not getting jobs according to what they deserve and even private sector is not able to employ the people. So people have to risk their investment and future in the business.
Moreover youth facing failure gets disappointed and some reward themselves for hard work and dedication by performing suicidal acts. Being anti-national and anti-social is an another ill effect of the unemployment. Migration to developed countries for better resources and lifestyle is an another act usually performed by the unemployed which leads to a great lose for the country by loosing its genius citizens.
Discussing the matter in fair light the countries should use some measures ensuring the safety of youth and their source of income. Reducing the taxes on business for deserving youth can work as an aid to them. Furthermore loans should be lend to them at low interest rate and with easy installments so youth can have chance to live their life without any hazards which should not force them to change their way.
