Overall, the number of visitors increased rapidly and the visitors give the positive respond about their experience while visiting the museum.
To begin with, before remodeled only 74,000 visitors came to see the Ashdown Museum, there are 50 per cent guest were dissatisfied and very dissatisfied. Merely 15 per cent very satisfied, twice amount visitors were satisfied, and 5 per cent of them gave no response.
Furthermore, after museum remodeled, It is not only enlarge 30 per cent amount of visitor, but also the better experience. The chart give the guest positive feedback after the museum renovated, very dissatisfied and dissatisfied guest decreased to 20 per cent. The number of very satisfied and satisfied guest rose up to 35 per cent and 40 per cent respectively. However, the amount of people who gave no response stay the same.
