Hydro-electric Power Generation
The picture illustrates about how electric power that uses widely for all uses is generated from the amount of water.
Water from Dam is a resource of this process. Water is gotten from cycle of rain. Sea water is evorated as a result of extreme heat from sun. Water that is evaporated shape the clouds. Clouds become heavy and finally then rain comes out.
Dam locates in above so it can make water flow easily to below. For flowing the water, valve is opened and then water will flow to turbine. Turbine is the most important technology of this process, because it change water to be electric, by converted the water in energy particle. Turbine not only produces electric, but it also produces by-product, water, which then is transferred back to Dam. To transferred back water to dam, pump is needed because water is moved from the lower to the higher area.
The next step is transfering electric to high voltage cables to the transformer station. The last,in transformer station, electric is spread through undergound cables to hospitals, schools, industry, and houses.
To sum up, turbine has the important role in hydro-electric power generation is turbine.
