Sleep pattern in different occupation.
The picture shows the sleeping pattern of student, truck driver, full-time mother, business executive and doctor which is analyzed for 24 hours.
Generally, student and full-time mother only can spend eight hour to sleep in a day. A truck driver and business executive only sleep only six hours in a day, but only doctor who only has five hour to sleep in a day.
Based on the time schedule, student will take rest in midday to afternoon which is from 12.00 pm to 7.00 pm, but a full-time mother will follow the baby time sleeping which is started from 10.00 am and after getting 3 hour, it will continue 3 hours left in the afternoon. A truck-driver will sleep in early morning. Moreover, truck-driver will awake in 12 hour to afternoon which is from 7.00 pm to 7.00 am, but a business executive can have a leisure time in the midday for 6 hours which is started from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
All in all, only a doctor who has the shortest time takes rest. A doctor is available to enjoy his free time in 5 hours at 2.00 pm for 2 hours and after awaking an hour, he takes the 3 hours more enjoying.
