Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to report the loss of my university identification card without which I am facing issues.
I used to bring my identification card to university daily. However, a few days ago, I noticed that it was missing. I am positive that I had it in my possession this Monday and I believe I must have misplaced it then.
The lack of student identification is making it difficult for me to issue any book from the library. Furthermore, I am also unable to return books I have borrowed without a student identification which has resulted in a substantial fine. Additionally, I am unable to participate or attend events occurring at the university without said identification.
I am in urgent need of my university identification. I request you to please reissue my university identification. I understand that this process could take anywhere from 20 to 30 business days. I would be much obliged if you could make an exception and expedite the process.
Hoping for a favourable response.
Yours sincerely,
Praneet K Nadar
