You are part of a group of musicians who meet on Tuesday and Friday evenings to practice in the community hall.
You have been told, however, that it is no longer possible for the group to use the hall.
Write a letter to the manager. In the letter:
• describe what the group does
• explain why the group is good for the community
• suggest alternative days and times for practice
Dear Manager,
My name is Bosede Michelle the music director of Daystar music band and am writing to enquire about the possibility of rescheduling our weekly meeting at Oak hall to different days so you can still accommodate us, this is to ensure we remain close to the children of the Marojo community we train voluntarily.
The group primary aim is to preserve the traditions and culture of our people, we also go to schools to educate children on the culture and way of life before the advent of technology. our group is important to the community as we are the only musical band at this terrain.
we are hoping to move the meetings from Monday and Thursday to Saturday nighy 12:00 am, so that we can retain the useage of the hall.
I called your customer service and it was confirmed the hall remains unused by the members of the community.
Thank you and hoping to hearing from you soon.
