what do you want the shipment company to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the damages caused for my furniture which was shipped to Canada through your company.
One of my friend recommended your company when I was in a need to send my dining table and its six chairs to my sister's place in Canada. I requested to ship the things on 23rd October in your Florida branch and made the full payment.
It was reached my sister's place on last Monday. However, there are some damages in the furniture. Legs of three of the chairs were broken and not in the condition to be used. I am very dissappointed about the service I received from your company.
I called your call centre to make the complaint about the issue but i was not given the answer properly. It would be appreciated if you could replace the damaged chairs with new or compensate money for damages.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
Yours faithfully,
John Abrahm
