I am writing this letter with regard to our conversation about the job offer to work at your restaurant, in Mumbai.
It was a great pleasure to share views and exchange ideas during our journey back from Delhi, last Thursday. Thank you for your kind offer to work with you.
I am well-versed with the hotel industry and have acquired a pertinent experience of five years. My current job profile is of a Banquet Manager and I am looking forward to a role which needs similar management skills.
