• invite them to come and stay with you
- Suggest types of jobs that would be suitable for him / her
Dear Mike,
Hope this letter finds you in the pink of your health. I wanted to thank you guys for the wonderful pictures which I received by mail. it was truly an amazing time especially I wanted to let you know that both Jane and you have been a perfect host. Whenever I look at the fantastic pictures taken by Jane I relinquish the memories of the splendid vacation.
Though I wanted to write to you guys earlier however when I arrived in India I was occupied with my office work. To elucidate some of the key projects needed my immediate attention as they were in critical handover stage with clients.
Why don’t you come over to India next month for a short vacation?. I believe you were keen to visit India to explore the different facades of Indian culture. I can assure you that it will be an alluring experience.
I look forward to your response so that I can plan itinerary accordingly.
Warm wishes
Brian
