Overall, while the hamburgers play the major role in the eating habits of people, fried rice and noodles preferred the least in Melbourne.
In 2005, 40 units of hamburgers were eaten by people and this year it experienced a slight decrease to 38 units. However, it is predicted that in 2025, 51 units of hamburgers going to be consumed by people. Fried chicken was the second preferred fast food in the table starting from 35 units and expected to be 51 units in 2025.
Turning to the least chosen fast foods, in 2005 only 5 units of salads were eaten. However, this year, number of units eaten reached to 15 and according to the table a dramatic increase is expected in 2025 reaching to 41 units. In contrast, in 2005 only 6 units of fried rice and noodles were eaten and small increases are expected reaching to 9 units for both kinds of food.
