The chart describes the main purposes for students of different ages to study and how they received work support from their employers.
Overall, the first chart illustrates, students under 26 to 39 are studying for career success, whereas, over 49 age group studying for interest. On the second chart shows the employers support their age group students in which under 26 are the highest and decreasing as the digits of students age increase.
Regarding the first chart, it is clear that under 26 age group individuals are studying for career purposes with 80%. In other decades students under 26-29 and 30-39 age group are slightly decreasing at 70% and approximately 60%, on the other hand, students studying for interest over 49 are dramatically reached a peak at 70% respectively. Students with 40-49 remained constant.
Regarding the second chart, employers support the age group individuals are under 26 age over 60% and decreasing over time with support under 26-29 with 50%, however, under 30 and over-aged students have limited support towards their employers with slightly under 30% and marginally 40%.
