\You forgot something important on the bus you traveled on. Write a letter to the bus company and say
- Describe what you are looking for.
- You phoned the company before, but their response didn’t help you (explain why).
- What do you want the manager to do about it?
Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this epistle in reference to inform you of an incident in which I forgot my bag on a bus while travelling. Let me explain the situation.
To elucidate I boarded the bus number XG4567 from City bus station towards Downtown day before yesterday around 7 pm. When I reached my home I suddenly realized that I had forgotten my rucksack bag which was kept in the overhead storage box of the bus. The bag was yellow in colour with several travel stickers on it and contains my car insurance documents. Without wasting any time I immediately called your bus company customer services representative and provided him with the necessary information to which he assured me a quick resolution within a day but it has been a few days now and no one has contacted me.
Hence I would request you to look into this matter and help me to locate my bag as the documents inside the bag are fairly important. In case you are able to find the bag then please give a call on my cell number I will come and collect the bag from your office.
I look forward to your immediate support.
Yours Sincerely
Ben
