You have recently moved to a different house. Write a letter to a friend. In your letter
1) explain why you have moved.
2) describe the new house.
3) Invite your friend to come and visit.
Dear Mark,
How have you been? it has been a long time since we last met. I am writing this epistle to inform of my relocation to a new house. Let me further explain.
To elucidate there were many reasons for the relocation the most preponderant ones were a need for a bigger house as my parents were planning to move in and travel time to my office. The new house is a duplex building and is located in the plush society at the outskirts of the city just a few minutes drive from my office. Additionally, it has all the enticing amenities which includes a gymnasium room along with a beautiful garden in the front and a swimming pool for the kids in the backyard. Despite the fact that it is located in the suburbs of the city round the clock security is provided to the residents.
Since I have moved last week I am inviting all my college friends for a house warming party. Why don't you come and pay us a visit? I can assure you that you will have a lot of fun.
I look forward to your response.
Cheers
Ben
