The line graph depicts the data of total population in India and China in 2000 and displays the expected growth till the year 2050. The units are measured in billions.
It is clear from the graph that, in 2000, there were more people lived in China than in India. The number of Chinese were 1.2 billions and the Indians were 1 billions. From 2000 to untill now, India has been nearly 0.3 billion growth in the total population rate while, Chinese has been increased by 0.1 billion.
With regards to Indian population will continue to increase and then it will be surpassed the Chinese population in 2030 before expected to growing to 1.6 billion in 2050. In contrast, China will reach the peak level in 2030 before predicted to declining slowly into 1.4 billion in 2050.
In conclusion, although, initially the least number of population was reported from India, it will be expected to undertaken the Chinese population over the 50 year period.
India will experience a steady population growth without any fluctuations.
