The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
The line graph illustrates the quantity of queries received by the Tourist information Office in a city for half a year in 2011.
A glance at the diagram clearly reveals that, the enquiries made by people in the form of letter and email drasitically dropped compared to in person and telephone requests. Firstly, both in person and telephone requests are increased and reached its peak in a very short period of time. However letter/email started with high but reached its lowest by the end of june.
Regarding in person requests, it started with 430, slowly surged and reached maximum in june by touching 1900. In other words, there was a sudden jump in the requests between March and April compared to others. Similarly, Telephone requests are fluctuated in the begining and gradual raise in it and overall good amount of in june.
In Conclusion, the requests done via letter/email got dip as it is indirectly proportional to the other two ways of communication.
Individuals can do nothing to improve the environment; only governments and large companies can make a difference.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is irrefutable that, environment plays imperative role for the ecological system in the world. Due to the over popuplation and utilization of more resources causes huge damage on it. Eventhough government and large firms make a big difference , individuals also should be responsible for the
enhancement of the environment. It is a hotly debated topic which calculate the human's role for the same. I totally disagree with the point that individuals make nothing to the environment.
Firsly, A small act can cause an huge impact on a big problem. Particularly, on the environment. Humans are playing vital role in demolishing the environment. In other words, each and every individual has their own contribution destructive of environment. For instance, In 2014, there was a massive act was done by the people who lived in new york, they understood condition of very popular river in the area, So they decided to renovate it completely without the help of government.
In addition to that, Government could impose strict rules on the civilians to follow the rules to save the environment. And also big industries could reconstruct and make compaign to save the environment. For example, government of india has introduced the ban in plastic. But after few days it has no effect. Because of the population, government could not control each and everyone's usage of plastic which makes environment pollution. It clearly reveals that, the governement can only make the rules to restrict but following it is very essential.
In Conclusion, Despite the fact that government and companies play tremendous role in saving the environment, each idividual can help to make it happen efficiently.
