A new neighbour has moved in, who lives above you, are making a lot of noise and this is disturbing you.
Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter:
Explain what the problem is
Explain why it is disturbing you so much
Tell your landlord what you would like him/her to do about it
Dear Ms Smith,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the noise that has been made by my new neighbor.
I really enjoyed you and your lovely apartment. However, after a period of time I have experienced a number of problems. During the day there are a lot of unpleasant sounds such as very loud radio. Moreover, since Thursdays until Saturdays there are always some parties that just terminate at dawn.
Therefore, I am very disappointed with this situation. The condominium policies have not been accomplished. Since I work at home, I need a peaceful place to make calls and stay concentrated. Besides, I have children and it is crucial they have appropriate time of sleeping.
I would be grateful if you send a written complaint letter to the administration center because you are the owner of the property and they request it.
I would appreciate your time and attention to this matter. Thank you for your kindness and consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Anna Chandler
