You work as part time and you are attending a course. Your manager offered you full time and asked to leave the course. Write a letter about your decision on job offer.
In the letter, you should describe:
how you feel about the job offer
what is your decision
explain why you made the decision
Dear Mr. Khan,
I am writing this letter with regard to your full-time employment offer and to give my decision about it.
I am extremely delighted that you considered me for this position. It would be a great opportunity for the enhancement of my skills, such as time management, communication, ability to manage work pressure. As it will provide me ample time to work and earn money, my financial situation will improve as a result.
However, I cannot accept the full-time job at this stage of my life, rather would like to continue the same old part-time job. It is fulfilling my all requirements; thus, it might not be feasible to leave the course.
Owing to my academic goals, I took this decision. I am taking classes of this course since last January and it is expected to complete in next three months; therefore, I cannot leave it in the middle because I might not be able to receive a certificate, which is my prime objective. Furthermore, this subject will be worthwhile later in my work life; I may not accept this great opportunity due to all these reasons.
I would like to express my gratitude once again for the offer and hope that you will understand my situation.
Yours sincerely,
Salman Khan
