coal power plant ash new regulation
The article states that new strict law and regulation for stopping the pollution of the coal power plant is wholeheartedly unnecessary and he provides three reasons for support. Conversely, the professor explains that without such strict regulation, it is quite hard to decimate the trash of coal and he refutes each and every point of the author.
First, the reading claims that already taken regulation is sufficient to prevent leakage between the soil and coal plant of the contaminated surroundings as coal plant authority earnestly uses a special material of liner. Turning to the other side of the argument, the professor opposes this viewpoint that liner is only used at the time of new building of the plant. But in most of the old plant it is not followed, which is why strict rule surely oblige the authority to make line rigid to prevent the leakage so that there will be no chances to spoil the crops.
Second, the article posits that, nowadays authority is quite concern about recycling coal ash and people uses recycled ash products efficiently. In this meanwhile, if law is alerted, mass people will lose their inclination to buy those products. In this respect, the lecture opines a different outlook and says that in the recycled product there is mercury which is very dangerous for health. At now, if regulation is not applied, these will circulate among the products and people will be afraid.
Third, the author asserts that strict new regulations would eventually create the prices the cost of disposal and handling ten times higher than at now, no doubt. He further describes it consequently increases the price electricity and make pressure on the users. On the other hand professor is reciprocal of this opinion. He states that if focus is notified in disposal, it will ensure cost a lot but finally it will have lower impact than what they think. Additionally, he says it only will create 1% increment of the price electricity which is very tolerable to the consumers.
