Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to inquire about my suitcase which I lost while travelling from Delhi to Ajmer in Superfast Express. Let me explain the details of the incident.
To elucidate I lost my favourite suitcase which was turquoise green in colour and had a Samsonite brand name engraved on its back. Additionally, it was covered with travel stickers which not only gave the suitcase a unique look but also reminded me of my travel to some of the exotic destinations around the globe. Lastly, it has a black luggage tag which has my address and contact details. For your kind information, I was seated in B1 compartment on seat number 3G and the luggage was kept in the overhead storage box. Since the train arrived late from its scheduled arrival and I had to rush for an important meeting so I forgot the suitcase in the train. Although I realized this only when I reached my hotel and subsequently called your customer care representatives but it was already too late.
Hence I would request you to kindly help me in finding my suitcase as it contains important official documents which need to be submitted to the customers. If your team manages to find my suitcase then please call me on my cell number so that I can come and collect it from your office.
I look forward to your immediate response and cooperation in this matter.
Yours sincerely
