Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter because I had left some crucial documents when I was at your hotel "Four Seasons" on the 20th of April.
To begin with, While I was preparing my luggage inside my room in order to check out, I forgot to put these papers in my suitcase. I think that these documents were not in front of me at this moment. Thus, they exist in one of two possible places, whether they are in the top shelf of the closet, or inside the room's locker.
Unfortunately, these files contain essential data about the plan of a current project related to my corporate which is going to be delivered by the end of the month. Consequently, they are essential to complete our progress because if we did not deliver the project before the deadline, this would cost the company substantial amounts of money.
Finally, I would humbly ask if one of the supervisors could be responsible for finding these official papers as rapid as possible in an effort to save them from being lost or thrown away. Because if I did not get back these documents, not only will the company suffer in order to recreate another plan, but I will also lose my job.
Thanks a lot for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Abanoub Emil
