The diagram indicates the brick manufacturing process for the building industry.
Overall, as it can be seen the manufacturing process of brick has seven stags from digging the clay to delivery.
As is given in the flow chart, the process starts with digging and exporting the clay from the land. after the digger extracts, the clay put on the grid. The grid is the surface of the roller that used to separate and move the metal. before bricks creating, sand and water added to the clay. bricks are the result of wire cutter or mould. after producing bricks by the planet, drying must be happened by an oven for a duration of 24-48 hours. In the next step, the result of the previous section transferred to the kilns in moderate and high temperatures with 200-980 and 870-1300 degrees centigrade respectively. Products temporary stored in a cooling chamber for 2 or 3 days. after cooling and before delivery, the bricks must be packaging. Once the packaging completed, delivery vehicles can be loaded. delivery is the last part of the manufacturing process of brick.
